Honor Roll Online is the premier provider of career services for students from small, superior colleges and universities. Honor Roll seeks to "level the playing field" for both the students attending these schools and the employers throughout the world who value their choice of educational experience but may not have the resources to recruit on each campus. This site provides all the tools necessary to explore, apply, communicate, interview and secure internships, co-ops and permanent positions.

Honor Roll provides information from employers which is relevant to making career decisions in an organized manner and promotes respect for both the candidate and employer by requiring responses by employers to candidate applications and by candidates to employer inquiries.

Innovation is key to our success- new technology which represents "best practice" is adopted in order to provide a platform on which relationships with candidates, companies and career services can be established.
